Adults may qualify for renewal by mail, using the renewal form # DS-82. You may visit our office for the DS-82 renewal form and for passport photos. However, the applicant is responsible for mailing the form to Passport Services. The Passport Book Renewal Fee is $75. To access the form DS-82.
